中西药片剂设备zp17糖果压片机用以将各种颗粒状原料压制成圆形片剂，还能压制成各种几何形状的异形片，***适合于小批量生产。压片事转盘速度、物料的充填深度、压片厚度均可调节。机上的机械缓冲装置可避免过载而引起的机件损坏。机体一侧配有吸粉箱，通过吸咀可吸取机器动转时产生的粉尘，避免粘结堵塞，并可回收原料重新使用本机曾获得国家医药管理局优质产品奖。压片的工作分为：①充填、②加压、③出片三道程序连续进行。充填和加压分别没有调节控制机构，附有表牌说明，操作简易。本机采用流栅式加料机构，能使物料均匀地充满模孔，减少片重差异。电动机装在机座内，用三角带拖动蜗杆传动转台，并在电动机轴上装置无级变皮带轮，通过电机的移动，可任意调节速度，减少片重差异。
