我司生产之冷却塔由玻璃钢纤维加树脂精心调配，纯手工制作而成，制程过程严格按照标准规格。为确保我司产品品质，所有车间生产员工均经过上岗技能培训。经验丰富的师傅们除了技术精湛，他们远远比我们更懂得如何保证和生产出品质的产品，送到每个客户手中。我司生产的高品质玻璃钢冷却塔除了技术的管制，有耐腐蚀、强韧度高、重量轻、体积小、占地少、美观耐用，运输、安装和维修方便之外，还具有以下特点：
（1）塔体：型线合理，气流平稳，材质采用耐热耐水型树脂，玻纤布采用中碱无捻布，色彩鲜艳，表面胶衣树脂内含有抗紫外线剂，耐老化，强 度高，重量轻，耐腐蚀。下塔体按订货要求，可配有溢水、排污有效降低了滴水声。
（2）填料：采用改性聚氯乙烯波片，横向增加凸筋，水的再分配能力更强，阻力更小，散热性能更佳，阻燃性更好，能耐高温70度、低温50 度。
（3）旋转布水器及布水管：装有不锈钢球轴承，运转灵活可靠，水头低，布水均匀，采用铝合金或玻璃钢制成的布水管，管上安装收水板，克服了飘水现象。
（4）风机：由清华大学工程力学系根据系列冷却塔参数设计的低噪声、 效率风机，铝合金板翼型或玻璃钢叶片、噪声小、效率更高。
（5）电机：由清华大学电机系在y型系列安装尺寸的基础上，为冷却塔设计的低噪声节能电机、密封防水性能好、耐高温、效率高、噪声小。
（6）减速装置：采用了涤纶纤维增强氯丁橡胶动力带传动，耐高温、效率高，遇水不伸展，克服了打滑现象，噪声很小。
（7）吸声设施：超低噪声型冷却塔在进风口外增加了带吸声材料的屏蔽，并在上下两部装有吸声栅，以达到的降噪效果。在上塔体出风口安装了带吸声材料的喇叭口屏蔽及吸声栅，降低了风机及电机传出来的噪声。
（8）进风窗：装有玻璃钢百叶片，减少飘水，气流阻力小，特别适合北方地区及全年都需要使用冷却塔的单位。
（9）风叶：专门为冷却设计的专用风叶。材料为铝合金（小型塔采用a.b.s材料）。具有塔机匹配合理、风量大、噪音小、效率高、运转平稳、风速均匀、耗电省、寿命长等特点。
（10）支架：所有风机、填料、进风窗、塔体等处钢支架为装配式，镀锌或涂漆防腐。紧固件都采用镀锌或不锈钢螺栓。
