前后两组液压缸驱动的凸轮夹紧机构同步对中夹紧管子；
切断坡口刀盘绕管中心高速旋转，当2个伺服电机分别驱动的内外2个大盘产生速度差时，
进刀齿轮传动机构开始动作，驱动切断坡口刀自动径向进刀；
配备喷雾冷却装置；触摸屏人机界面坡口参数预置，plc控制；
四根立柱、四根线性导轨和2台升降机组成的升降系统实现自动机械调心；
管子切断坡口一次成型（两道坡口）、坡口工作效率极高；
适用于大批量普通壁厚（≤25mm）管子的坡口加工。
