二、技术特点 technical features
1、  整机采用悬挂式卡瓶口输送结构，从而使整线运行更为可靠。不同的瓶型只需调整空瓶输送带高度及少量附件，而出瓶输送带高度不需要调整,为此使更换瓶形更为快捷、省力。
the machine adopts neck-holding type conveying bottle structure, so that the whole produce line run more reliable. fordifferent bottles you just adjust the height of empty bottles conveyor and a few accessories, while the bottle conveyor height adjustment is not required for this and the replacement bottle shaped ismore efficient, labor-saving.
2、  采用弹簧式冲洗钳手，空瓶随轨道自动进行180度翻转，对瓶内进行冲洗，本机冲洗喷口采用梅花状多孔对瓶底各夹角冲洗充分，冲洗效率高。

3、 采用高精度机械灌装阀，灌装快捷，液面精度高，采用导杆式对中原理，使阀具有预罩功能，使进出瓶更平稳可靠。具有无瓶不灌装，冲气式灌装时爆瓶阀会自动关闭等功能。具有cip原位清洗功能。

4、  灌装机采用卡瓶口方式，大回转轴承支承结构，从而使机器运转更平稳。
filling machine adopts neck-holding type, giant bearing support structure, enabling the machine to run moresmoothly.
5、 本机采用磁力扭矩盖头，实现抓盖、拧盖功能，拧盖力矩无级可调，恒力矩的拧旋盖，且不伤盖，封口严密可靠。
the machine uses magnetic torque, to achieve grasping cap, screw cap function, screw cap torque stepless adjustable,constant torque screws the cap so that the cap is not damaged. the cap is fixed on bottle tightly.
6、 回转式理盖器采用气力理盖，具有不损坏盖表面，料斗内缺盖发讯号，控制上盖机自动补盖等功能。

7、 整机采用先进的人机界面操作，plc控制，变频无级调速等自动控制技术，具有缸内液面自动控制，无瓶不开阀不加盖，缺瓶等待，盖滑槽内缺盖停机等功能。

三、机器运行原理 principle of operation of the machine
瓶子由风送道通过进瓶星轮传送至三合一灌装机。冲瓶机回转盘上装有瓶夹，瓶夹夹住瓶口沿一导轨翻转180°，使瓶口向下。在冲瓶机特定区域，特殊专用喷嘴喷出冲瓶水，对瓶子内壁进行冲洗。瓶子经冲洗、沥干后在瓶夹夹持下沿导轨再翻转180°，使瓶口向上。洗净后的瓶子通过拨瓶星轮由冲瓶机导出并传送至灌装机。进入灌装机的瓶子由瓶颈托板卡住瓶口保持，在托瓶气缸作用下瓶子上升接触灌装阀，开阀机构自动开启灌装阀，灌装结束后灌装阀在关阀机构作用下关闭，完成整个灌装过程。在压下凸轮作用下下降使灌满物料的瓶子离开灌装阀，瓶子通过卡瓶颈过渡拨轮进入旋盖机。旋盖机上的止旋刀卡住瓶颈部位，保持瓶子直立并防止旋转。旋盖头在旋盖机上保持公转并自转，在凸轮作用下实现抓盖、套盖、旋盖、脱盖动作，完成整个封盖过程。成品瓶通过出瓶拨轮从旋盖机传送到出瓶输送链上，由输送链传送出三合一瓶装机。
by the air conveyor bottle is transmitted to3 in1 line filling machine by inlet bottle star wheel. washer back on the turntable is equipped withbottle clip, it clamp onto the guide rails along a flip 180 °, so that the bottle down. in the specific area washer, special dedicated water nozzle of the bottle spurt the water and clean the bottlewall. when the bottle is rinsed, drained and re-rail flip 180 °, make up the bottle along the bottle clip clamp down. after washing the bottles exported and sent to the filling machine throughdialing the star wheel bottle by washing machine. bottles into the filling machine by the pallets bottleneck stuck holding the bottle in the bottle holder, bottle cylinder effect increased contactwith the filling valve, open the valve mechanism automatically open the filling valve, filling the role after the end of the filling valve in closing mechanism closed, complete the filling process.under pressure camming drop the bottle filled with the material leaving the filling valve, the bottle through the transition card bottleneck capping dial into the machine. the rotation stop knifestuck in the bottleneck capping machine, to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. capping head held on capper revolution and rotation, to achieve cap grasping, cap conjunto, cap screw, capoff under the cam action, complete the capping process. finished bottle through the bottle capping machine sent from the dial onto the bottle conveyor chains, conveyor transfer out from the3 in1 linebottle filling machine.
