welding:
ut standards for steel products complies with: asme, din, iso, china guobiao, jis and welding levels of 1, 2, and 3.
unlimited material thickness.
material handling:
the maximum weight for a single item is 50 tonnes, with door dimensions of 8 m x 10 m.
machining:
3-axis cnc milling with a 450 mm x 450 mm spindle, and a payload capacity of 6300 mm x 3100 mm x 1400 mm
finishing:
primer and acrylic finish coating for all material types can be applied in-factory. specialty finishes such as zinc plating, black oxide, bluing, are locally sub-contracted.
