使用说明：
1） 激发：发热袋内物体呈液状时，用双手轻掰金属片，立即发热，第一次发热可持续30～50分钟；
2） 还原：待发热过后结晶体变冷，可用盛满开水（100℃）的容器浸泡2～3次，每次15分钟左右或置于沸水中煮15分钟，直到结晶体完全变成液体状，再掰金属片，便可进行第二次的热敷，发热持续时间约40～80分钟；
注意事项：
1） 本品只能外用，切勿入口；
2） 如果敷袋出现破损而接触到皮肤，请用水冲洗即可。

1.how to use:
(1) break off the metal part which inside the heat pack several times, then there is some white solid will come out & the heat pack becomes heater and heater, it will be better if you knead it some more times.（ high temperature 48~50°c）
(2) when the heat pack becomes cold, please put into the boiling water for10 minutes； then it will change into liquid condition, and becomes soft. after it becomes cold, it can be used again.
(3) when you use the heat pack again, please follow the above instruction.
(4) the instant heat pack can be re-used.
2.when to use:
(1) snowing, hunting, climbing cold weather. out door use.
(2) on the way to or back from your school / office.

3.caution:
(1) the inside material is non-toxic and non-poison, but eating is forbidden.
