产品简介
本产品是由石油化工科学研究院（北京石科院）研制、目前通过热传导液最高使用温度台架试验、加剂量最低（加剂量0.4%-0.6%）的高效复合添加剂。目前，本产品已成为“长城”、“昆仑”和“统一”热传导液指定用剂，并在国内其它品牌的中高档热传导液中得到广泛应用。经本产品调配的热传导液质量可达到或超过美国首诺（孟山都）公司的therminol 55、美国dow化学公司的dowtherm l、美国mobil石油公司mobiltherm 600、美国shell石油公司shell thermia oil e、美国exxon化学公司caloria ht 43、日本东曹与综研化学公司neosk-oil l400、英国bp石油公司 transcal lt和德国huls公司的marlotherm n等国外同类产品水平。此外,本系列产品为高效复合剂，彻底解决了目前热传导液加剂量大、生产成本高的问题,对广大热传导液生产企业提高经济效益具有着重要意义。本产品在对国内外热传导液进行热稳定性、氧化安定性和传热性进行综合评价的基础上，经5年时间研制成功。该复合剂采用国外进口高温抗氧剂和抗垢剂等多种添加剂复配而成，其高温抗氧功效可有效延缓热传导液运行过程中的氧化变稠；抗垢功效可使高温条件下产生的氧化物和聚合物有效溶解，不形成沉渣或粘稠物质，保证炉管壁的清洁并提供优良的传热效果。经调配的l-qb 280、l-qb 300和l-qc 320三种牌号热传导液经din 51528-1998“未使用的热传导液热稳定性测定法”试验评定，产品质量符合din 51522-1998 “热传导液性能和试验要求”标准的要求，具有优良的热稳定性、氧化安定性、抗结焦性、低挥发性、传热性和安全性,可广泛应用于化学化工、石油化工、纺织印染、粮油食品加工、建筑、造纸、建材、制药和家用电器等行业的传热系统。

贮存和包装
包装:170kg/桶
贮存:本产品在调配及装卸时，最高温度不应超过80℃；长期储存，最高温度不应超过45℃，切勿进水。在实际使用中，加热炉出口处的最高温度应较热传导液最高使用温度至少低10℃。
