the multi-level
modular accumulation induced oil water separator consists of electrical
and automation control system, mechanical process system, oil water separation
material system and equipment self-cleaning system. it employs lower energy
consumption and higher efficient physical separation process to separate water, suspended matter and oil or the liquid
that is insoluble in water. after filtration, the water in oil or the oil in
water is less than 10 mg/l or 10 ppm, it can also improve the index of solid suspended matter (ss), chemical oxygen demand (cod),
ammonia nitrogen (ant), total phosphorus (tp) at the same time.

operator can adjust flowrate as per the requirements of plant process of end

mechanical
process system: it can configure slag
removal unit, degumming unit, floating oil removal unit, dispersed oil removal

material system: it consists of emulsified
oil separation membrane, superhydrophilic and superoleophobic separation
membrane, superoleophylic
and superhydrophobic separation membrane, superoleophylic and superhydrophobic light oil sorbent
sponge and heavy oil sorbent sponge. these materials are optional as per the ingredient of oil water mixture.

self-cleaning system: it can
automatically clean the oil water separator equipment, so it is easy to operate
and maintain.

primary pretreatment system: the
dynamic slag removal machine employing the steel wire gauze with more than 100 mesh number(165μm)is optional as per the ingredient of oil water mixture. if the dynamic slag
removal machine is not required, buffer pool is optional, so that it has less
turbulence influence caused by the inputted oil water mixture.
three-phase
primary separator system: we employ specific process and our oil
water separation materials to separate the tiny granules, floating oil and water from oil water mixture. it has the light
oil output, heavy oil output and slag output.
secondary
pretreatment system: it adds pressure to or reduces pressure of
the oil water mixture outputted from three-phase primary separator system as
per the status of separated oil water mixture. it provides the necessary
conditions for three-phase advanced separator system.
three-phase
advanced separator system: it further treats the oil water mixture
outputted from secondary pretreatment system. it polymerizes the liquid with
small molecule by our oil water separator materials and accumulation induced effect. it guarantees oil in water or water in oil
meets the requirements of end user by the adjustable multi-level filter mode.
refined
treatment: it further treats the oil water mixture outputted from
three-phase advanced separator. it is one kind of filter equipment consisting
of oil water filter cartridge. it is suitable for the application with higher
requirements, for example, the oil in water or the water in oil is less than 5
ppm.
control
panel: it automatically controls multi-level modular accumulation induced oil
water separator and it indicates many important parameters, such as flow,
press, level, water content, temperature and alarm. it can remotely monitor and
control oil water separator.
