金刚石超薄精密切割片广泛用于各种晶体、陶瓷、玻璃及合金、半导体、集成线路、电路板(pcb)行业进行质量监控、失效分析、以及基础材料研究,适用于各种进口与国产精密切割机。
它包括圆形基板和置于该圆形基板周边端上的金钢石切割片工作带、超薄金钢石切割片中间为薄的金属碟片载体、周边覆以金钢石切割磨料环。通常用于高速切割操作。
工作时还需与碳化硅(sic)油石和切割冷却液配合使用。
