应用：
溶剂型汽车漆及工业涂料溶剂型凹版油墨性能：
solsperse 8200是100%活性物含量的聚合物分散剂，用于改善溶剂型油墨、涂料中的颜料的分散性和稳定性，对红色有机颜料的分散效果优异。
良好的抗絮凝作用可提高颜料填充量改善对颜料的润湿性能提高颜料着色力低树脂含量体系具有优异的储存稳定性典型物性指标：

添加量：
按颜料或填充料的表面积计算，推荐用量为2mg/m2(分散剂活性物含量)。分散剂要先在研磨基料或溶剂中分散均匀，然后再加入颜料进行分散。
超分散剂用量：
solsperse超分散剂的理论用量为2毫克/平方米颜料表面积计算.

添加顺序：
1.先将solsperse超分散剂完全溶解于研磨基料的溶剂或溶剂与树脂的混合物中
2.再添加solsperse相乘剂(如需要)并搅拌,使分散均匀(注意:相乘剂不溶)
3.最后按常规方式须须加入颜料
配方指导-降低研磨基料的树脂含量：
树脂和分散剂会争夺吸附颜料颗粒表面，降低基料的树脂含量来降低竞争

1. solsperse first super dispersant completely dissolved in solvent or solvent mixture with the resin grinding finishing
2. add solsperse multiplication agent (if necessary) and stir, uniform dispersion (note: multiply agent insoluble)
