在您购买我们产品的同时，您也获得我们公司的质量保证：
1.奈菲特地板质保15年，保修1年。
2.在保质期内，奈菲特地板若因正常使用而开裂或分层，均可获得免费维修或调换。
3.取得奈菲特地板质量保证的条件是：a。从奈菲特专卖店，专柜或特别授权处购买。
b。地板安装在室内合适环境（卫生间，厨房等多水处除外）
c。由专业人员按正确的方法铺装。
d。正确使用和保养。
使用奈菲特地板时发现质量问题，请及时到您所购买地板的销售商处投诉，我们将在48小时内作出反应。
对符合我们保质条件的投诉，我们负责免费维修，更换有质量问题的地板。
对非产品原因造成的质量问题，我们将提供维修服务，收取适当的材料成本以及人工费。
保养方法：1.设置玄关或在门口铺设垫子，阻绝尘粉砂石。
2.搬运家具以抬动为宜，不要拖拉推动。
3.清洁地板用稍干的抹布即可，真空吸尘器可吸除积垢灰尘。
4.若有脏迹，应立即清除，可用软毛刷子或抹布蘸清洁剂擦拭再用湿布抹干即可光洁如新。
5.不得使用坚硬物品冲击地板表面，不得使用尖锐物品刻划地板表面。
6.不得使用明火烧烫地板。
7.在转椅下面及重家具支撑点铺设塑料保护垫。
