1.主要性能和结构特点:
l 自动包装机可以在包装过程中自动完成计量、制袋、充填、封口、切断、计数、批号等全部工作；
l 控制系统则自动化匹配各动作配合，改系统具有精准确度高，调整制袋长度简便，且准确无误；
l 具有色标控制系统，可获得完整的商标图案；
l 无级调整速度与袋长，包装速度与制袋长度可在额定范围内无级调整，不需要更换零件；
l 设计采用独特的嵌入式封口，加强型热封机构，智能型温控仪温度控制，具有良好的热平衡适应各种的包装材料，性能好、噪音低、封口纹路清晰、密封性强；
l 此设备下料方式为液体泵下料；
l 设备封口形式为三/四边封、背封，全身材料为不锈钢，与物料接触部分材料为不锈钢304；
l 设备控制系统为日本三菱plc .

适用范围:
适用于食品、医药、化工产品中液体物料的全自动包装，如：农药剂、洗发水、沐浴液体、面霜、调味油、果酱、番茄酱、蜂蜜等液体/膏体物料。
