description
pacamara is a hybrid created by a salvadoran agricultural scientist in 1957. it is a derivative of two different varieties, pacas: a salvadoran variety from bourbon with high productivity and small size bean, and maragogype: introduced from zimbabwe in 1901 to blue mountain of jamaica. maragogype is a low yielding arabica variety and it\'s recognized by connoisseurs as the largest coffee beans in the world.
