会议酒店场地常用的台型有6种,具体如下:
剧院式
布置方式---会议厅内面向讲台摆放一排排座椅,中间留有较宽的过道。特点:在留有过道的情况下,程度地摆放座椅,限度地将空间利用起来,在有限的空间里可以限度容纳人数;但参会者没有地方放资料,也没有桌子可用来记笔记。适用于新闻发布会、论坛、辩论会、启动仪式等等。
布置方式---会议室内将桌椅按排端正摆放或成“v”型摆放,按教室式布置会议室,每个座位的空间将根据桌子的大小而有所不同。此种桌型摆设可针对会议室面积和观众人数在安排布置上有一定的灵活性;参会者可以有放置资料及记笔记的桌子,还可以限度容纳人数。适用于论坛、新闻发布会、研讨会、培训等等,这种形式便于听众做记录。
围桌式
布置方式---适用于公司年会、中式宴会晚宴,如答谢会、招待会、茶话会等等。
长方型
