耐磨陶瓷胶泥发展稳定
耐磨陶瓷胶泥是一种工业性比较强的涂料，一般都用在重工业上，所以在喷涂的时候需要喷涂工艺，一来保证企业机械的正常使用，二来也保证喷涂人员的人身保障。
一般情况下，我们都是选择0.8~1.2mm口径的喷枪。喷枪压力不能太高或者太低，大概在2.0~4.0kgf/cm2范围内好。在喷涂的时候，离目标的距离在15~25cm时的喷涂效果好。 对于喷涂人员来说，掌握以下喷涂工艺后再做此项工作。
一，喷涂人员应该确认或选择相对干燥，通风，无尘的喷涂环境，以减少环境对耐磨陶瓷涂料涂层形成的影响。
二，耐磨陶瓷涂料在使用前要滚动30~60min来使涂料混合均匀，就像果粒橙，喝前摇一摇。单层和双层的涂料面油都需要先经过滤网过滤，然后就可以直接进行喷涂了。
三，基材温度要保持在50摄氏度左右（预热）进行喷涂，双层涂喷涂需在此后直接喷涂面油(单层涂不用)，喷涂后的工件需要在80~150摄氏度中烘干10分钟，然后放入280~300摄氏度总保温10min，控制干膜的厚度在范围内。
第四，喷涂过程中要保持喷枪的稳定，使涂膜均匀平整，并且控制涂膜厚度在所需范围内。喷涂后所要用的干燥箱（隧道炉）在开始的时候温度要保持在较低的水平，且升温不能太快。而且使用时要根据工件的体积大小和材料的不同来随时调整炉温，以达到涂料很好的状态。
