儿童玩具检测
因为玩具质量安全的好坏，直接关系到儿童的身心健康，各国和相应组织都推出了自己的玩具安全规范，并且每年都不断添加新的内容，例如世界的iso8124规范，欧盟的88/378/eec指令和en-71规范，美国的astm f963规范，以及我国于2004年10月1日起施行的强制性规范gb 6675-2003《玩具安全技术规范》等。

sec.102强制第三方检测
联邦法律要求制造商和进口商测试诸多消费产品以证明符合消费品 安全要求。
基于符合的测试结果，制造商或进口商必须通过书面或电子证书的 形式证明消费品符合适用的消费品安全要求。
证书必须伴随产品或运输，并且必须向零售商，分销商以及政府提 供副本。
这里说的消费产品包括儿童证书（cpc证书)和非儿童产品（gcc证书)（普通产品）。
