2、货物里面的每个小包/盒都要有合格证（必须盖章），产品或包装或合格证上必须要有：
执行标准，生产批次，厂商名称，厂商地址，生产日期，有效期（缺一不可）
3、非医用提供声明(最好提供，以便查验）
4、普通口罩的货物一是外包装不能有中英文医用字样；二是执行的产品标准为非医用标准；三是产品不能带有FDA或CEen14683标志。带有上面字样，标准，标志的其中一种均为医用口罩
5、产品检测报告(最好提供，以便查验）
