1、贸易合同签订前对进口鸡爪的国家以及加工厂准入资格进行审查
2、对鸡爪的食品标签进行国内的预审
3、货物到港后进行申报，凭报关联到海关缴纳关税
4、检验检疫部门对进口的鸡爪进行抽样检验，检验合格后出具卫生合格证书
5、收货人取得卫生合格证书后便可以将鸡爪投放到市场进行销售
