定点式胎面检测仪

用途application：
胎面断面测量装置用于在线非接触检测轮胎胎面断面形状，它可以在线检测并实时显示胎面各主要点的厚度，宽度及产品的断面形状变化情况，并进行报警输出。应用在轮胎生产线上，可准确得到胎面各项尺寸数据，避免人工测量产生的误差，无检测盲区，大大提高产品合格率，缩减人工成本，提高整体效益。

系统功能function：
1. 可实时测量胎面厚度，宽度.测量点以测量曲线、标准曲线和偏差面积图的形式显示

2. 根据所测量的胎面宽度和厚度形成断面轮廓图
