iatf是一个什么组织？
iatf(international automotive task force)国际汽车工作组 是由世界上主要的汽车制造商及协会于1996年成立了一个专门机构。在和iso9001：2000版标准结合的基础上，在iso/tc176的的认可下，制定出了iso/ts16949 :2002 这个规范。2009年更新为：iso/ts16949:2009.目前执行的最新标准为：iatf16949:2016。

any organisation in the automotive supply chain meeting the eligibility criteria can obtain certification
任何汽车供应链内组织均符合本规范所指认证资格
automotive is defined by iatf to include cars, trucks (light, medium and heavy), buses and motorcycles
