the test kit use double antibody sandwich method principle to test qualitatively myo,ck-mb and tni in human serum.the three items of the 3-in-1 test panel are for myo,ck-mb and tni.every test strip has control line(c) and test line(t).control line is coated with anti-mouse antibody,test line is respectively coated with myo,ck-mb and ctni monoclonal antibodies.the testing serum reacts with colloidal gold monoclonal antibodies firstly and then antigen-antibody complexes migrate along the nitrocellulose membrane.when move to the test line,react with the monoclonal antibodies coated on nitrocellulose membrane to form a red line for positive.if there is no red line in the test area of corresponding item,then the test result of corresponding item is for negative.

1. take venous blood of patient,centrifuge immediately to get plasma,place the plasma at 37℃ to make it shrink naturally,centriguge to get serum.
