骏美jit辅导模式：       
 1、辅导特色：
 派专业导师驻厂全程辅导，与企业管理人员同吃同住同工作，运用“教练式辅导方式”帮助企业量身定做一套完整的j.i.t生产管理体系。
 导师驻厂后进行jit管理体系导入宣传工作，进行需参与jit管理示范工程线人员进行培训，改变观念；再发问卷调查表给参与培训的人员填写，导师有针对性的对部分参与示范工程线人员再一对一进行沟通、讲解；
采用先在生产缝制车间选一个组做jit管理示范工程线，通过示范工程线的效率提高（产量、产值、工人工资得到30%以上的提升）的事实来正面引导公司其它人员积极参与jit管理导入工作。
对开通的j.i.t流水线每周、每月做出产量、产值、员工每小时产值数据分析报告，并同以前（未开线前的产量、产值、员工每小时产值）来进行对比，确认是否有提升。
采用循序渐进式推行，通过生产车间流水线逐步改善并对其他部门（包括跟单、采购部、物流体系、裁床、后整、仓库、板房等）逐步进行jit配套辅导，使企业形成一个完整的jit管理系统生产链。
运用电子软件采集生产数据，使生产计划进度，员工工资计算省时省力，一目了然地显示在电脑管理板上，以便各部门清楚查询。
