There are 92 sets of equipments, including 44 units of main equipments and 13 units of inspection equipments. The total machine assembly capacity is 580KW. There are 307 units of assembly moulds. There are over 120 regular employees, 10 of whom are technical secondary school graduates or above level with such technical titles as engineers and accountants.
According to the GB12732-1996 national standard, our factory makes the vehicle V-typed edge conveyance belts, including the flat belt, arrow belt and ribbed belt. The tangent V-belt includes six models: AV10, AV13, AV15, AV17, AV19, AV22. The ribbed belt is available from 2J to 23PK with a maximum length of 2600mm. We have complete types and great varieties to meet the demand of the market in vehicle maintenance. Our annual output is up to 4 million pieces.
Our factory has a nationally approved trademark---Gaida and baolijie including three series. All technical indexes are up to standard. With higher and higher quality, the Gaida belts enjoy a higher and higher market reputation. We have set up a complete and standard sales network.
