使用注意事项
1、循环水量的调节:由淋塔供水泵来决定,当运行台锅炉时开台即
可,当冬季两台或三台同时运行时,将两台水泵全部打开,泥浆泵其流量应根
据循环泵的流量来调节,使其相等即可。
2、喷淋塔内加药池内的加药量:当运行台锅炉时,加入碱2袋,加入熟石灰
5袋,如冬季运行两台或三台时,可按相应倍数增加药量。
3、喷淋塔沉淀池要经常清理,夏天周清理次,冬季三天清理次。
4、灰水分离器排污时,每班排放次,要分别打开排污阀门,直到有清水排
出为止。
5、以上各转动部件要经常检壹、注油,发现故障要殛时排除,以保证喷淋塔
脱硫效果。
6、在上、下楼梯加药时要注意安全,要有自主保安,相互保安意识。
7、工作完毕要及时清理好卫生,做到人走场地清。
喷淋塔
逆流式废气洗涤塔有本体、填充层、除雾层、循环洒水管路,及循环水槽等构成。本体包含了废气入口、出口、视窗,维修入孔及洗涤塔内部用以支撑及固定用之结构,以确保设备本身之耐蚀性增加其使用寿命。逆流式废气洗涤塔填充层主要有tellerette type k-2#型式为作为洗涤塔填充材,其材质为pp/pvc。tellerette type k-2#型式之填充材具有比表面积大,低压损,及物质移转高底低等特性,相较于其他型之填充材选择tellerette 选择有较高之处理效率及较低之运转费用。 
    逆流式废气洗涤塔除雾层:采用tellerette type k-2#型式之填充材作为除雾器材质为pp/pvc,或者选用高速除雾板作为除雾器,其材质为pp/pvc,以上二种型式之除雾器其水气之去除率均可达99%。
