环氧薄涂工艺，包括一底一腻子两面、一底两腻子两面等。
2、环氧砂浆平涂，一般有1mm砂浆平涂、2mm砂浆平涂等。
3、环氧自流平，一般有1mm环氧自流平、2mm环氧自流平等。
说明如下：停车场环氧地坪是目前除重型机械行业外要求比较高的地坪，其地面与普通地面的要求不完全相同，其防滑、耐用是首要的，因车在行走的时候与车道的摩擦力非常大，且车的冲击力大，因此车道、车位一般采用环氧砂浆平涂，一般有1mm砂浆平涂、2mm砂浆平涂，但因车位相对车行走的频率较少，从造价方面的考虑，车位也有采用0.5mm环氧薄涂，但从经济和使用年限的考虑，2mm砂浆平涂、1mm砂浆平涂、0.5mm环氧薄涂相比：2mm砂浆平涂性价比最高，0.5mm环氧薄涂性价比最低，底、中涂材料：
l环氧树脂＋芳香胺固化剂和环氧树脂＋腰果壳固化剂：这两种材料做出来的漆膜固化成膜快，渗透性差，刚性强但脆性大，施工时味道小。
l 单组分聚氨酯和环氧树脂＋单组分聚氨酯：毒性大，漆膜附着力稍差，韧性不好，易脱层，对低温及高湿环境适应性好。
l 环氧树脂＋聚酰胺固化剂：固化较慢，渗透力强，漆膜柔韧性及刚性好。
2、面涂材料：
l 环氧树脂＋脂肪胺固化剂漆膜：光泽和硬度好，有橘皮纹和轻微滚痕，耐冲击性一般，因用128#小分子量环氧树脂涂层薄而刚性强脆性大，施工时味道小。
l环氧树脂＋单组分聚氨酯：硬度高，韧性差，耐重压、耐冲击性一般，因用聚氨酯固化剂做底油和罩光层，tdi毒性大，且致使层间附着力差，易脱层，施工时漆膜滚涂厚了易起泡，必须罩光才能使用。
l 环氧树脂＋聚酰胺固化剂：漆膜柔韧性好，橘皮较轻，硬度和韧性优良，耐冲击和重压，层间附着力优异，不用罩光，对10度以下低温及80%以上高湿环境中施工有限制。
除了以上溶剂型平涂体系，停车场还有环氧砂浆自流平、环氧彩砂、防滑皱面及止滑砂粒等地坪体系工艺用材料，这里不做重点介绍。根据实用性、装饰性、功能性及环保性综合因素，多年的实践数据证明，对停车场通用型平涂体系我们建议采用的材料为：底、中涂材料——环氧树脂＋聚酰胺固化剂，面涂材料——环氧树脂＋聚酰胺固化剂。

2, the top coat material:
l + aliphatic amine epoxy curing agent film: gloss and hardnessgood, orange peel and slight roller marks, impact resistance ingeneral, because with a small molecular weight epoxy coating 128 #thin rigid brittle, construction when a small taste.
l epoxy + single-component polyurethane: high hardness, toughnesspoor, resistant to pressure, impact resistance in general, becausewith a polyurethane varnish hardener make bottoms and layer, tditoxic, and cause poor adhesion between layers, easy delamination,the construction of the film roll thick foaming, must varnish touse.
l epoxy + polyamide curing agent: film flexibility, light orangepeel, good hardness and toughness, impact resistance and weight,excellent adhesion between layers, without varnish, to below 10degree temperature and 80% above-humidity environment constructionis limited.
