摘要：通过对永辉超市基于供应链视角存货管理的案例进行分析，挖掘永辉超市在实践中的一些问题和缺陷；然后对其各个方面进行深入分析，并用数据进行解释说明；最后提出基于供应链视角下存货管理的改进建议。

abstract：by analyzing the inventory management of yonghui supermarket from the perspective of supply chain, this paper explored the problems and defects of yonghui supermarket in practice, made an in-depth analysis in all respects and explained it with empirical data.finally, the paper put forward some suggestions to improve inventory management from the perspective of supply chain, which would provide some reference for yonghui supermarket and other retail enterprises in improving inventory management methods.
