钢管规格范围:外径6-530mm，壁厚0.5-50mm，长度1-12m；棒材规格范围:外径6—500mm,长度0.5—30米；钢板规格范围:厚度0.5-80mm,长1-6米,宽0.5-3米；特种合金的零部件，由于是在高温、重载及燃气冲刷等恶劣的环境条件下工作，既要考虑高温瞬时强度、持久、蠕变、疲劳等性能，又要考虑高温氧化问题。对这类合金原材料冶金质量要求非常高,为了获得高质量的合金，必须准确控制合金成分和减少合金中的气体、有害夹杂及非金属夹杂物含量，提高合金的纯洁度，我厂经多年不断摸索,技术工艺不断改进,采用真空双联三联工艺熔炼，不但将合金中低熔点有色杂质元素及气体被去除，非金属夹杂物得到了降低，并且结晶组织得到了改善，使合金的热加工性能显著的提高，加之我厂专业锻造技能,从而确保了合金最终产品的质量。
