公司内设工程部、业务部、生产部、质管部、总务部、仓管部、财务部。生产部以车间建制，分为冲压车间、模具车间、机加车间、焊接车间、装配车间。
公司拥有的主要生产设备包括精密国标冲床共计32台，吨位从25吨到100吨，63吨液压折弯机和200吨液压拉深机；焊接车间配备专业CO2保护焊机和交直流氩弧焊机；装配车间配备有自动流水装配线。
公司主要从事五金冲压、钣金加工、五金焊接，尤其专业于设计、制造各类家用、商用和工程照明产品。公司人员熟悉美规、欧规等安规工艺标准和测试要求，目前主要的产品以出口北美洲和欧盟。
目前，公司积极推广ISO9001-2000质量管理体系，进一步完善公司的质量管理机制。
