全自动浆料电磁除铁机磁场高，磁场分布均匀，梯度高，除铁效果明显；散热系统采用油泡线圈，热油通过强迫水冷散热，循环良好，可使油温升幅保证在20℃以内，延长了电磁线的使用寿命；制动阀采用了进口材质，阀体坚固耐用，关闭后无残浆溢出；脱铁采用振动加高压水泵冲洗，冲洗彻底干净，无残渣；网片由特殊材料精制而成，电磁线圈断电后，无剩磁，便于脱铁；全自动作业，无需人工操作，脱铁方便快捷，彻底无残留。
运作流程：
接通电源装置，打开进浆阀和出浆阀，关闭回浆阀和排铁阀，打开充磁装置。当磁介质吸满含*物质后（时间可以根据需要自行设置），关闭进浆阀和出浆阀，打开回浆阀，将除*机中剩余的浆料通过回浆阀排出，然后断磁，关闭进浆阀、出浆阀和回浆阀，打开排*阀，将吸附在磁介质中的含*物质排出。
