山西中科天罡科技开发有限公司是山西天罡超高乙烯制品有限公司与中科院、中南大学、北京化工大学合作组建的集高性能贮氢材料和超高乙烯制品研究、开发、生产于一体的高科技民营股份制企业，公司驻于山西省孝义市东许国际铸造工业园区，占地面积31467m2，注册资金500万元。
我公司生产的贮氢材料系国家“863”计划高技术产业化重点支持项目，被列入国家级火炬计划和国家重点新产品，该产品具有容量高、寿命长、大电流充放电性能优异和无污染等特点，是生产“绿色能源”Ni-MH电池的关键材料。目前，拥有一条年产1000吨的贮氢合金生产线。超高乙烯制品也是列入国家高新技术产业化的重点项目，板材生产线压力和产量全国最大，年生产3000吨板材，600吨异型件加工。
