here are details:
1）sitkaspruce - there are sitka plantations all over n. ireland and scotland. trees are logged 35-40 years of age. they are growing on plantations so better straight lumber and less issues with twist, kdand splits!
 所有原木来自北爱尔兰和苏格兰地区的35-40年的人工种植云杉新鲜原木，所以没有蓝变，腐烂， 扭曲和开裂等问题， 板材通直
2）rgh - they would cut oversize few mm in both thick and width so after kd will match the required sizes
 所有的板材将是粗锯板材（如照片比较光只是没有刨光而已）， 均是正公差锯路以保证窑干后还是正公差
3)   kd - target 19% mc. same logs all mean uniform kiln drying and consistent out-turns.
  干燥度， 目标是19%以下（有特殊要求也可以讨论）， 因为有原木整齐（同一材种）所以干燥会比较到位
4）mill run- the current programs we do are all sq. edge so will be max. 5% econ (for knots etc) similar 10% #3 and rest #2 btr. bsw has large board programs for domestic use so the 1materials goes elsewhere thus leaving a nice sq. edge mill run product. our mill run will have mix heart center and sap..just like what we would get with spf here. blue stain should not be an issueand this is sound young logs so no rot.
