公司创建于1988年。为国内外客户生产：捷达、奥迪、高尔夫、帕萨特、桑塔纳、雪芙莱、别克等轿车用的橡胶减振件系列和各种密封模压制品。
Luoshi Enterprise was founded in 1988.It mainly manufactures rubber vibration blocks series and various sealed moulded products for use of limousines such as Jetta.Audi,Golf,Passat,Santana,Buick etc.
主要客户：骆氏企业是中国一汽集团公司、中国一汽—大众公司、法雷奥公司、上汽集团奇瑞汽车有限公司、金杯通用汽车公司的配套供应商。主要客户有：意大利、美、德等及中国国内市场。
Main Customer:Luoshi is a designated conveyance supplier of FAW-Volkswagen Company，FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Group Company, Shanghai Automobile Group Company and Valeo Co.Ltd.Jinbei-GM.Co.Ltd.The Main Customers are from Europe, Africa, American, Italy, Germany etc.
发展前景：现正进行第三次技术改造，扩建新厂房占地面积34000m2，投资设备4,000,000USD使年生产能力达到2000万件，产品品种达到500余种。
Future Development: Luoshi is Carrying out the third technological reform ,its newly-expanded factory couers an area of 34 thousand sqm.Total investment of the new equipment is 4,000,000USD.Its annual production capacity will reach 20million pieces.The products will have over 500 varieties.
质量管理体系：在1998年通过德国TüV公司QS-9000/ISO9002国际质量体系认证，2002年通过德国TüV公司QS-9000/VDA6.1质量体系认证。
