【漂珠简介】
漂珠是一种新型保温材料，主要化学成分为硅、铝的氧化物，其中二氧化硅约为50-65%，三氧化二铝约为25-35%。因为二氧化硅的溶点高达摄氏1725度，三氧化二铝的溶点为摄氏2050度，均为高耐火物质。因此，漂珠具有极高的耐火度，一般达摄氏1600-1700度，使其成为优异的高性能耐火材料。分为干漂珠与湿漂珠，外观成灰白色，主要成分以sio2与al2o3为主。容重为720公斤/立方米，轻质为418公斤/立方米，粒径为0.1mm，表面封闭并光滑，热导率小，耐火度不小于1610摄氏度。
明悦漂珠是现代燃煤火力电厂在特殊燃烧条件下从粉煤灰中分选、提纯而成的功能型材料。由于国家对环保的要求越来越高，电厂工艺逐渐改进，漂珠产品日趋减少，同时，市场对漂珠的需求却快速上升。粉煤灰漂珠是粉煤灰中的一种珠状颗粒，壁薄中空，长期以来作为废弃物随煤灰水向外排放，而其具有耐磨、无毒、分散性、流动性、耐漂珠水性、漂珠耐酸碱性、耐高温、电绝缘性、低的导热系数等许多优良特性。

【漂珠特性】
1、改善流变性、降低粘度、减轻制品重量；空心陶瓷微珠流动性极佳，可降低粘度和改善流变性及流动性，0.3-0.4的比重使其可大大减轻制品的重量降低成本，是不饱和树脂的新型功能性填充料。
2、高填充能力、降低粘结剂用量；空心陶瓷微珠系球状，具有较小的比表面积，故粘合剂用比一般的填充剂要少。

【漂珠用途】
明悦漂珠广泛应用于油田固井施工中，固井质量稳定，可实现降低成本节省经费5%，漂珠具有重量轻，颗粒精细，中空，高强，耐火度极高，保温与绝缘、阻燃效果俱佳，主要用途为耐火材料原料，轻质浇注料等等，可使用与石油化工，绝缘保温材料等方面。可在铸造工艺中减少窑炉的使用寿命，大大缩短了生产的废品等出品率，减少了清洗与生产工艺成本。作为充填剂可用于保温隔热、防火涂料、木塑制品（代木、仿木）、聚合物、胶粘物、腻子、玻璃钢、电绝缘材料、复合材料、耐火材料、保温材料、建筑材料、正广泛用于航天、航海、汽车等工业。
保温冒口套是冶金工业浇铸铸件时用的保温制品，这种制品，过去沿用的有膨胀珍珠岩、陶粒等轻质保温隔热材料为集料的水泥制品，国外也有应用纤维复合型的制品。近期发现漂珠具有优越的耐高温、隔热和保温等性能，因此，就选用漂珠来生产保温冒。漂珠保温冒是以纯净漂珠为集料，以水玻璃为胶凝材料，经搅拌、成型、干燥等工序制成的一种保温制品。目前，国内已有多家工厂利用漂珠生产保温冒，系列产品多达80余种。
