开孔封堵设备是由开孔机 、封堵器和下封堵器 三种不同用途的机械组成的。它们共用一个机架， 机架是 由扇形夹板阀、上下衔接器、左右定位固定 装置、暂时旁通接 口、放散阀、压力表等机件组成。 机架的作用是为开孔机、封堵器和下封堵器提供支 座 ，同时应用其左右 固定装置将运转中的 pe管道 衔接固定卡紧。下衔接器与专用的 pe管件衔接并 密封 ；上衔接器将分别与开孔机、封堵器、下封堵 器衔接并密封；扇形夹板阀是实施开孔封堵过程 中 设备簧换时所必需启闭的重要装置，机架材料采用 铝合金，经阳极氧化工艺处置 ，具有表面硬度高， 耐腐蚀 ，耐磨损，重量轻等特性。
带压开孔顺时针空转手轮进刀，当桶刀顶到管壁后反转半周（防止打刀）。再启动液压泵站或电机，顺时针缓慢转动手轮进刀。手感桶刀切断管壁后，切断液压供给或电源。切断后，手动进刀如果手轮转不动，说明切削未完成，要反转半周手轮，重新加载液压供给或启动电源，再继续缓慢进刀。当电机切断电源后，手轮可以转动进刀，说明开孔切削已完成。when the barrel knife top reaches the pipe wall, the knife is reversed for half a week (to pvent the knife from hitting). then start the hydraulic pump station or motor, slowly turn the hand wheel clockwise into the knife. after the handle barrel knife cuts off the pipe wall, cut off the hydraulic supply or power supply. after cutting off, if the hand wheel does not rotate, it means that the cutting is not completed, the hand wheel should be reversed half a week, the hydraulic supply or power supply should be reloaded, and then the tool should continue to enter slowly. when the motor cuts off the power supply, the handwheel can rotate into the knife, indicating that the hole cutting has been completed.
