四、安装说明
4.1安装前的准备工作
4.1.1打开包装盒，检查设备型号是否正确，配件是否齐全，否则请联络您的经销商；
4.1.2 sim卡选择，终端需要插入一张gsmsim卡，sim卡的选择请参考经销商的意见；
4.1.3 sim卡的安装，在终端侧面有sim卡槽，按下取卡按键，取出卡槽放入sim卡，重新把卡槽放入终端。
注意：
在安装或取出sim卡前，请先关闭电源；
终端sim卡需要开通gprs功能；
请确保终端sim卡有资费；
建议使用专用的gps设备流量卡（仅支持gsm网络）

4.2安装
本终端是高科技gps定位产品，建议您选择经销商指定的专业单位、人员进行安装与调试。
请按照以下顺序进行终端安装，不要倒置。在安装过程中，请不要给终端供电。
终端的安装方式建议为隐藏式安装。
终端的隐藏安装建议由经销商指定的专业机构进行安装，注意如下事项：
4.2.1为避免窃贼破坏，设备选位应尽量隐蔽；
4.2.2避免与发射源放在一起，如倒车雷达、防盗器及其它车载通讯设备；
4.2.3可使用扎带固定，或用宽海绵强力双面胶黏贴；
4.2.4设备外置有gsm天线及gps天线，安装时应确保接收面向上，且上方无金属物遮挡屏蔽，为了避免信号干扰，建议两条天线不要放置在一起。
4.2.5建议安装位置：①前挡风玻璃下方装饰板内隐藏处；②前仪表盘（表皮为非金属材质）周围隐蔽处；③后挡风玻璃下方装饰板下；
注意：
如挡风玻璃黏贴有金属隔热层或加热层，将降低gps接收信号，造成gps工作失常，请更换设备安装位置。
五、设备接线注意事项
5.1电源、acc线、断油电控制线（7pin）
5.1.1本设备标准供电为9v~24vdc，请选用原厂提供的电源线，红色线电源正极，黑色线为电源负极；安装时电源负极请选用单独接地线或搭铁，勿与其它地线共接；
5.1.2 acc线（黄色线）
设备的acc线接车辆的acc开关,追踪器将依据acc状态来决定车辆行使状态，开动或者静止，同时决定设备的上传时间间隔，开动时为：15s，静止时为：5min。
5.1.3继电器接线说明
油泵断路继电器接线方法：线圈两端接线分别为细白线（85）和细黄线（86），细白线（85）接汽车电源负极，细黄线（86）接终端继电器控制线；
被控车辆的油管上串接有油泵，将油泵正极连接线剪断，油泵正极端串接在继电器常闭端（粗绿线87a），另一端接继电器公共端（粗绿线30）。
5.1.4 sos线（2pin）
外接sos开关按钮，用于紧急呼叫求救；
5.1.5扬声器（1pin）
外接汽车喇叭，搭配麦克风，可实现双向对讲；
5.1.6 mic线（1pin）
外接麦克风，实现语音监听功能；
5.2电源线连接完毕后，将电源线束插头拉至终端附近，安装完成后再给终端供电；
5.3隐蔽式安装，电源连接线选用原厂提供的主电源线，红线端串有熔丝盒（2a保险管）可起到短路过流保护。
六、终端操作使用
1、开机/关机
6.1开机：插上sim卡后终端启用备用电源，终端开机。
终端状态请查看第二项终端状态指示表。
6.2关机：拔掉电源插头，拔出sim卡，终端关机。
2、终端参数设置
以下各功能参数设置指令格式中，开头字母均为大写有效，指令标点均为英文标点，部分指令有回复。
发送相应的查询指令终端会回复相对应的查询内容。
手机号码绑定
终端正常工作后，请先进行手机号码捆绑，作为接收报警短信的指定号码
发送zc+设备密码#主号码#设备的sim卡号（设备初始密码为000000）
如:zc000000##12345678922
修改注册密码
mp+设备密码+新密码（六位数）
如:mp000000987654,其中987654为新密码，设备初始密码为000000
短信获取设备位置
主号发送dw到设备返回设备当前所在地理位置：

发送google到设备返回设备当前所在地理位置链接：

3、震动报警
当车辆电源处于关闭状态时，此时acc状态为低，当acc状态为低的时间超过3分钟，终端自动启动设防，若在终端设防生效后，车辆发生多次震动，将触发震动防盗报警机制，若在之后的3分钟内，车辆电源仍未开启（acc状态仍为低），终端会立即启动震动防盗报警。终端将会向设定的绑定的手机号码发送一条震动报警短信，同时也会向监控平台上传震动报警信息。
震动报警短信范例：“车辆震动报警，请及时关注。”
注意：
此功能只有在acc线正确接入时才有效，并已捆绑相应的手机号码。
永久关闭震动报警：发短信gfd到设备上，成功回复：关闭防盗成功
重新开启震动报警：发短信kfd到设备上，成功回复：开启防盗监控
4、油电控制
当车辆发生盗窃时，可由监控平台发出断油电指令，在保证车辆处于安全行驶的前提下，切断被盗劫车辆的油路，达到无法继续启动车辆的目的。
为保证车辆安全，终端尽在gps处于有效定位状态，且满足车辆时速小于20公里/小时的条件下或车辆静止时执行断油电操作。
当警报解除后，由监控平台手动发出恢复油电指令，终端将执行恢复油电动作，车辆将可继续行驶。
5、sos报警
当遇到紧急情况需要求助时，可按下sos按键持续3秒，将触发sos紧急求助报警。终端将会向设定的sos特定号码发送一条sos报警短信，并循环拨打sos绑定的号码，在无人接听的状况下，最多只循环拨打三次，终端也会向监控平台上传sos报警信息。

6、断电报警
当终端电源被切断后，会触发断电报警，将会向绑定的手机号码发送一条断电报警短信，并向监控平台上传断电报警信息。
短信回复范例：主电源掉电报警，请及时关注
7、监听
当绑定的手机号码手机拨打终端时，终端响铃在15s后会自动进入监听状态，此时来电者可监听车辆内部环境的声音。
非绑定号码来电时，终端不会进入监听状态。
注意：设备里面的sim卡必须开通来电显示功能。
8、对讲
绑定手机拨打设备终端，接通后司机可用麦克风对话。
注意：必须接通车内的喇叭或外接音箱。
9、电池低电报警
当由电池单独供电时，终端内部电池电量少于10%时，终端将发出低电报警短信，同时向监控平台上传低电报警信息。
低电报警短信范例：电池电量低，请及时关注。
九、位置查询平台
全球定位服务平台网站：
如果您在平台中已经有登陆账号信息，就可以直接登陆平台服务网站。否则，请联系您的经销商，为您开通网上登陆账户，提供登录名及密码。
在您的电脑浏览器地址栏中输入服务平台网址，填入获取的登陆账号及密码，然后点登陆进入服务平台。
服务平台的功能使用操作请向您的经销商获取“服务平台操作使用指南”。
十、终端故障排除
1、终端首次安装后一直无法连接至后台服务器，后台显示未上线。
请检查终端安装：
1） 主电源接线是否正确，注意不要接到汽车内部控制线上；
2） sim是否正确安装，请按参考安装说明；
3） acc点火线是否有接，接好后插入车钥匙打开acc；
4） 检查led指示灯状态，正常时红色指示灯(gsm)慢闪，绿色指示灯(gps)慢闪；
5） 检查gps是否已定位，若未定位请到室外空旷的地方进行首次定位；
2、终端在后台显示离线状态
首先观察设备2个指示灯是否正常，在没有条件观察的情况下，可以先检查卡的状态，步骤如下：
1） 拨打设备的sim卡号码，看是否能听到电话接通的声音；
2） 车辆是否在地下室没有覆盖gsm网络信号；
3） 观察掉线区域，是个别掉线还是全部掉线，以判定是否为运营商网络问题；
4） sim卡是否欠费；
5） gprs业务是否没有开通；
3、若终端gps功能已被激活，但又长时间不定位，请检查终端的安装位置是否符合要求：
1）终端在设备安装时，应使gps天线面朝向天空。
2）终端安装位置上方必须是没有电磁波吸收的物质（如金属）遮挡的地方，特别要注意终端所处位置上方车辆玻璃不要贴防爆隔热膜（膜成分中有较高的金属成分，会吸收高频电磁波），否则gps信号会收到很大的衰减导致定位精度下降，严重时甚至会使终端难以定位。
4、当gps信号接收环境较差时（周边有高大建筑遮挡gps信号），请开车到天空较开阔的地方来定位，一般首次定位时间需要1-2分钟。
5、当gsm信号接收异常时，请检查终端的sim卡是否正确安装；或者所处地可能没有覆盖gsm信号（比如在地下室），请开车到有gsm信号覆盖的地方使用。
6、特定号码手机收到断电报警短信时，确定是否为非法剪线，否则请检查电源线上的保险丝是否熔断，若熔断请联系你的经销商更换同规格型号的保险丝，并检查排除终端内部故障后方可再次上电工作。
