圧電トランス（ソリッドフォーマー®）は、圧電振動子の共振現象を利用することにより、
低電圧入力で高電圧を発生させることができます。
液晶バックライト用インバータ、集塵機、複写機、ファクシミリ、イオン発生器、オゾ
ン発生器などの高圧用電源に使用することができます。
piezoelectric transformer (solidformer®) can generate a highvoltage by
a low voltage input through the utilization of a resonancephenomenon of the
piezoelectric transducer.
the applications include high voltage power supplies,such asinverters for
liquid crystal display back-lighting, dust collectors, copymachines, facsimile
machines, ionaizer, and ozonizers.
原 理 principle
圧電トランスは圧電振動体に一次と二次の電極を設け、一次側を厚さ方
向に分極し、二次側を長さ方向に分極したものです（矢印は分極方向）。
一次側に長さ寸法で決まる固有共振周波数（fr）の電圧を入力すると、
逆圧電効果により強い機械振動を起こし、圧電効果によりその振動に見
合った高い電圧（v₀）が二次側から出力されます。

electrodes on the piezoelectric ceramic. the primary side is
polarized in the thickness direction and the secondary side inthe
length direction. (arrow mark shows polarization direction).when
a voltage having a resonance frequency (fr), determined bythe
length dimension, is input on the primary side, a strongmechanical
oscillation is generated by inverse piezoelectric effect, anda
high voltage (vo) is output from the secondary side, matchingits
oscillation by direct piezoelectric effect.
