本机采用国外先进技术研制而成，主要应用于膏体灌装生产线上护肤品瓶口的铝箔封口；通过机械手自动翻转来实现准确地取、放铝箔，并瞬间热封，达到瓶口的密封，从而使产品包装品质获得较大提高，整机具结构紧凑，工作稳定可靠，生产效率高等优点。目前同类产品国内鲜见，妮维雅（上海）公司使用与本机类似的进口机。同时连线完成灌装-上膜-封口-上盖 –旋盖自动包装工序
