1) Stick Ice Cream Pick-Up Hand is a new generation of pick up unit which adopts fully automatic PLC touch screen, human-machine interface operation.
2) It's suitable for equipped with SDA-980,DTB-880 and DTB-998 series large capacity ice cream extrusion production line.
3) Servo motor controlling makes the machine to be auto-sync with the frozen tunnel and pick up ice cream products from tunnel.
4)Through overturn of the plates, ice cream will be surface chocolate & jam coated and outlet to packing machine conveyor automatically, achieved high efficiency production of large-capacity extrusion line.
5)It can equip with liquid nitrogen refrigeration
