The product is applied to mobile lifting transfer vehicle for circuit breakers in 10KV and 24KV high voltage distribution boards(hereinafter referred to as "equipment")
The basic structure and feature of equipment. The overall form of the equipment adopts the gantry type left and right support,which is suitable for the full current level vacuum circuit breaker. The lifting of equipment uses a hand winch to rotate steel wire rope to drive the front pallet to move up and down, and there is a safety interlock device to prevent the pallet from falling off. The front tray is perforated according to the position of the circuit breaker chassis auxiliary switch, which can be repaired on the equipment. The whole transfer vehicle adopts Omni-directional wheel to move flexibly and has brake function, which can prevent equipment from sliding unsteadily.

On the equipment,workers can carried out Maintenance, protection, testing, etc. In the past, ordinary transfer vehicles needed more people to cooperate, and there were unsafe risks. 1.2 It is more convenient to repair the bottom of the circuit breaker. After the front pallet is raised by the equipment, the bottom can be checked for maintenance.
1.3 Be suitable for a variety of specifications of circuit breaker transfer. Firstly, the equipment uses a combination of Omni-directional wheel and straight wheel structure, it makes movement more convenient and safe. Secondly, the front pallet of the equipment can be adjusted to meet the requirements of 650mm-800mm-1000mm.

2.1 This equipment adopts automatic-locking hand winch with brake style, which is safe, reliable and labor-saving. Maximum lifting weight is 500KG. The diameter of solid galvanized steel rope is not less than 5mm, high strength bearing, high tensile strength.
2.2 For hand winch, using two-way automatic-locking brake, it is easy to keep the pallet fixed .
2.3 For hand winch, gear precision hardening make inside resistant and durable. Outside uses high quality carbon steel with special heat treatment.The handle adopts a rotating and non-slip rubber, it is light and flexible.
Equipment use instructions
3.1 When you use, move both guide rails to the required size, locating pin will lock automatically.
3.2 Shake the pallet to the corresponding height, push guide rails forward, lock Omni-directional wheel , use the foot to brake, so that the equipment position is fixed, and then pull out or push the circuit breaker.
3.3 If the pallet reaches the corresponding height, but guide rails cant be pushed forward, you can use fine tuning devices on the top of the equipment.
The Notice of Mobile lifting transfer vehicle operation
ATTENTION 1.Do not use the lift transfer vehicle in the case of overload.
2. Do not use it for dangerous operation of lifting people or people standing on the vehicle.
3.When the transfer vehicle moves, it must be stood on the solid ground.
4. Do not operate the transfer vehicle, if the circuit breaker is transferred to the platform without fixing the brakes of left and right.
5.Lifting transfer vehicle must be braked when operating circuit breaker .
6.When the people operate under the pallet, make sure that safety interlock device are fixed in the non-slip position.
