Product Description
Pyrolysis is one of the technologies available to convert biomass to an intermediate liquid product that can be refined to drop-in hydrocarbon biofuels, oxygenated fuel additives and petrochemical replacements. Pyrolysis is the heating of an organic material in the absence of oxygen. It is usually conducted at or above 500 °C, providing enough heat to deconstruct the strong bio-polymers mentioned above. Because no oxygen is present combustion does not occur, rather the biomass thermally decomposes into combustible gases and bio-char. Most of these combustible gases can be condensed into a combustible liquid, called pyrolysis oil, though there are some permanent gases (CO­2, CO, H2, light hydrocarbons), some of which can be combusted to provide the heat for the process. Thus, pyrolysis of biomass produces three products:
one liquid, pyrolysis oil, one solid, crude carbon black and one gaseous, syngas.

Modules:
Feeding module
1. Conveying tire blocks to reactor.
2. Ensure system sealing under the continuous feeding.
3. The conveying medium is the tire, which displays the real-time feeding amount and is controlled by PLC interlocking. Pyrolysis module
1. Capacity: 30-60TPD
2. Module operating pressure range: -1~0.5kpa, temperature range: 420~500 °c.
3. The front and rear ends of the reactor are sealed with dynamic and static seals, ensuring the sealing of the system during operation. emerency relief is set at the top of the sealed compartment to ensure the safety of the system operation.
Condenser module
1. Condense and collect pyrolysis gas.
2. Cooling effect: except for noncondensable pyrolysis gas, all other oil and gas condense into heavy oil and light oil.
3. Cooling efficiency: 1.25t/h, using a rapid cooling spray device to efficiently separate oil, gas, and carbon black, avoiding blockages.
Slag discharge module
1. The maximum working temperature is 450°c, using a conveying and water circulation sysytem, with cooling while conveying.
2. The conveying medium is carbon black, which contains steel wire and conveying capacity of 1.2t/h
3. Cooling effect: the outlet temperature of the carbon slag is less than 60°c, ensuring the sealing of the system under the continuous slag discharge.
