LWD series centrifuge is the main equipment of the drilling fluid solid control system, and is mainly used to maintain the drilling fluid, remove harmful fine particles in the drilling fluid, and improve the drilling fluid performance. In the meantime, it can be used to recycle the barite in weighted drilling liquid, save the drilling cost and reduce the expense of drilling cuttings in the later period.

FHD(Fully hydrauli drive) centrifuge is driven by fully hydraulic power.
As to RFD(rated frequency drive) centrifuge, the rotating bowl speed is fixed, so the speed can be changed only by changing drive pulley;
While VFD (variable frequency drive) centrifuge can achieve large-range stepless speed regulation easily with parameters displayed, e.g. speed and working current.
Shenzhou VFD intelligent frequency conversion centrifuge is controlled by PLC programming;drum speed can be steplessly adjusted within the design range; and the color explosion proof touch screen is designed on the control cabinet, which can display drum speed, working current, torque, main bearing temperature, whole machine vibration, differential speed and other parameters and alarm information; Intelligent control, easy operation, large processing capacity, good effect and low failure rate.

Centrifuge Constructuon
This centrifuge is a countercurrent horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge. The main components include a column-conical drum, a spiral discharge device, a differential speed system, a bearing seat, a machine base, a cover shell, main and auxiliary motors, and an electrical system.
Working Principle
The suspension enters the drum through the feed pipe and the spiral discharge outlet. Under the action of centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, the solid-phase particles with higher density settle on the inner wall of the drum. The spiral blades, which have relative motion with the drum, continuously scrape off and push out the solid-phase particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum through the slag discharge outlet. The separated clear liquid flows out of the drum through the opening of the liquid layer adjusting plate. The relative motion between the spiral and the drum, i.e., the differential speed, is achieved through the differential speed controller, the size of which is controlled by the auxiliary motor. The housing of the differential speed controller is connected to the drum, the output shaft is connected to the spiral body, and the input shaft is connected to the auxiliary motor. The main motor drives the rotation of the drum, which also drives the rotation of the housing of the differential speed controller. The auxiliary motor controls the speed of the input shaft of the differential speed controller through a coupling, allowing the differential speed controller to transmit torque to the spiral at a certain speed ratio, thereby realizing the continuous separation process of the centrifuge for materials.
