Belt Conveyor
Available in both light and heavy-duty variants, our belt conveyors are equipped with a gear box motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional metal detector enhances operational safety, making it a robust choice for efficient material handling.
Shredder Perfect for large raw materials like big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, our shredders offer preliminary grinding before further crushing. Post-shredding, materials undergo a second crushing phase, reducing them to sizes below 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI provides a versatile range of shredders, each tailored to different capacities and customer requirements.
Crusher
Our crushers reduce material into smaller sizes while using water to clean and cool the blades during operation. This module efficiently processes large materials into smaller pieces, enhancing washing results and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.
Frication Washer Engineered for high-speed washing with water, the friction washer effectively removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-washing, materials proceed to the floating tank for additional cleaning, ensuring a pristine final product.
Floating Tank
Our floating tank expertly separates sediment and metal from the material using washing wheels of various designs, controlled by inverters for optimal speed. The bottom magnetic valve ensures timely discharge of dirt, made from durable stainless steel for long-lasting performance.
Centrifugal Dryer The horizontal centrifugal dryer offers high-performance drying for plastic flakes with minimal energy usage. Its self-cleaning grid mesh, controlled by a timer, provides dual washing and drying functions for maximum efficiency.
Hot Air Pipeline Heating
