Working Principle
The main shaft of Horizontal Ribbon Blender generally adopts two groups of internal and external helical ribbons. When mixing, internal ribbons push the material to two sides of barrel while the external ribbons push the material to the center of barrel to form the cycli cand stagger convection and finally achieving mixing effects. For the materials with poor fluidity, our special design of scrapper which is equipped on the end of main shaft's two sides solves the problems. The discharging valve is designed on the middle ofthe barrel soth at all the material can be completely push to the middle by external ribbons.

In below case, structure for horizontal mixer differs from standard and needed to be specially designed:

1. Raw materials contain agglomerate materiallarger than 5mm.	5. For mixing highly abrasive materlals, anti-abrasive treatment should be done to parts in contact with product.
2. Bulk density of rawmaterials is higher than1.5kg/l.	6. Materials are not allowed to touch matel surface or it is not allowed tohave metl power from friction.
3. Materials are easy to get damp or are not compatible to atmosphere, vacuumization is needed.	7. Temperature higher than 200ºC is required.
4. Compressed air are injected into tank and thus forms pressure.	8. Equipment needs to meet the full load start process.
Not suitable for processing materials which is of low fluidity, eg. paste materials, solid fat. Not suitablefor processing high viscosity materials. Not suitable for processing mixture of which the ratio is lower than 1:1000 Not suitable for processing material which will freeze (becomes solid)in a short time. Not suitable for processing materials without constancy, e.g. explosive materials.
