Our cutting-edge device is engineered to drill precise holes on three sides of H-beam steel simultaneously. Featuring 7 CNC axes and a CAD/CAM directly generated processing program, this machine ensures unparalleled accuracy. With a maximum H-beam section size (belly height × wing width) of 1000×500mm and a maximum drilling diameter of 33.5mm, it meets the most demanding requirements. The control system includes a computer numerical control system, AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, and PLC. Simply input the workpiece size to automatically generate, store, recall, display, and process the machining program by part number whenever needed.
