This machine is box tissue machine, insert facial tissue into carton and sealing the carton, It's economy and can match the small folding machine like 2 line 3 line 4 line folding machine.

1, Driven by servo and step motor, controlled by Mitsubishi PLC for automatic box sucking, box opening, tissue filling, box gluing and sealing.
2, With auto photocell tracking, no box suction when without tissue feeding, avoiding box wasting.
3, Convenient and quick in changeover of box size. No need to change many size modules but replace the box sucker rest only.
4, With intellectual temperature controller and large touch screen, easy parameters setting and simple operation.
5, Auto Start/Stop functions are preset in the PLC control system. In case of any trouble with the manual buttons on the control panel frame, user can use the Auto Start/Stop function to continue the normal production right away.
6, Any inexperienced person can quickly learn and get familiar with the debugging and operation.
7,Individually use or work with front-end tissue folding machine and tissue cutting machine as a full auto production line.
