Machinery system
1.Raw material Automatic feeding and metering system
Introduce :1.Cement ,flyash,EPS particels will be metering and feeding into the mixer automatically to save the labors and improve working efficiency also it is more environmentally .
2.Sand (or ceramsite /slag /pumice stone other agregate) and additives will be feeding into the mixer by lifting hopper
2.Raw material automatic mixing system Machine part: Double-shaft mixer
Capacity available :1.2/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5 sqm
Introduce:the mixer capacity is related to the mould car quantity , so we will equip the mixer after confirm the capacity with client . so that can makre sure our proposal is suit to you . Features: the double shaft is to blend the raw material more even ,also save time . different capacity to satisfy different client's requirement .
Machine part:Second mixing mixer Unique feature :If the mould car quantity is more than 10 units ,then we will equip the second mixing mixer, so as to save the mixing time of the first mixer and improve working efficiency ,increase productivity .
Note: normally use one-shaft mixer ,only large capacity will equip second mixing if small capacity ,second storage hopper is enough . 3.Automatic forming system
Machine part:Pump+pipe
Introduce : After the mixer mix the raw material well then the workers use the pump and pipe to cast the slurry into the mould car
Features:The pump is to make the pouring more even, no need to vibrate, and the working platform will be clean and the material will not be wasted.
Machine part: Automatic mould car Introduce : this automatic car will be equipped only for full automatic degree ,for semi-automatic there will be another type . It can produce panel in different size and thickness. It also can produce composite wall panel and solid wall panel .
Note : if the client only need produce compsite wall panel we will equip mould car withour steel plate .
we will equip mould cars according to client capacity ,we will not equip more than client's need .

Machine part:Automatic demould system
Introduce : it include two parts automatic opening and closing machine and automatic demoulding machine .
Process:Firstly use opening and closing machine to open the moulds then use the demoulding machine to pull out the panel then put them together and turnove them so as the forklist to move the panels

We use the pump to cast the slurry into the mould car , in this way , the slurry will be more even ,with less bubble ,besides it can keep the working platform clear without wasted raw material .
Forming System
1)We have Muti-function mould car , it can produce composite wall panel , without surface board solid panel and hollow core wall panel to suit market demand .
(cold-roll steel plate ,)
Our mould car surface plate used cold roll steel plate , so that can guarantee the wall panel are straight ,besides the plate is durable
2)The raw material for the mould car is wear-resistant casting steel , which is same to the high speed train .
3)we have full automatic demoulding system to reduce the working strength, this is our patent technology and it is very mature now .
