Equipment use
The planetary belt polishing machine is mainly used for surface polishing of disc steel and small bar material. The surface of the wire after polishing with planetary sand belt; No oxidation and rust, the surface is smooth and clean, can meet the technical requirements of subsequent processing.
Function introduction
The machine is complete with feeding rack, feeding roller, clamping device, main engine, extraction device, feeding roller and feeding rack. The main shaft of the main machine is a hollow mechanism, and one piece of sand belt disc is installed at both ends,and two sets of spring seat mechanisms are installed on the symmetric two pieces of sand belt disc, and the spring seat is arranged symmetrically. Each piece of sand belt disc is installed on the driving belt wheel, tension belt wheel and pressure belt wheel. A sand belt is installed on the belt wheel. A fixed gear is installed on the frame, and a planetary gear is installed on the turntable. The turntable mechanism rotates under the drive of the main motor, and the planetary gear meshes with the fixed gear to drive the sand belt to rotate at a high speed while rotating. Driven by the clamping and pulling device and the roller device of the auxiliary machine, the processed material moves axially through the abrasive belt grinding spindle to achieve the purpose of grinding the outer diameter of the round steel on average. The control system adopts button operation. The TENSION OF two groups of high-speed rotating sand belt is adjusted by two spring holders and adjusting screws to meet the requirements of different machining material diameters and achieve the purpose of different feed and grinding pressure requirements. The revolution and rotation of the equipment are controlled by the frequency converter.
The machine can realize automatic loading and unloading. With wet dust removal equipment, dust removal effect is good, can prevent flying dust combustion, and improve processing efficiency. More suitable for titanium and other materials processing.
YM20 sand belt polishing machine can be used with other equipment online polishing, do not have to equip with various materials rack and other facilities. Can also be used alone, need to be equipped with automatic loading and unloading rack. According to customer needs, make specific choices.
