Design and Technology supports equal pressing of tube and yarn package. Allows an equal dye result. Compressible up to 32% according to yarn and production procedure. Suitable for wool, cotton, viscose, man-made fibres and blends. Can be used on all OE-, Winding and Twisting machines and with tubular dye spindles with 51-52 mm diameter. No intermediate plates necessary.

Winding Tubes
Suitable for all automatic winders. Suitable for open-end machines. One-way and multi-way tubes. Precise concentricity. With and without rolled-in-nose.
One-Way Dye Spring
ONEREEL is available as compressible (up to 32%) and none compressible dye tube. Dimension in 170 mm (6 inch), 290 mm (10 inch) - also with fleece for man-made fibre dyeing. Patent ONEREEL stacking collar enables outstanding processing for further procedures.Protected yarn reserve during dyeing. A: According to spool model and material, we will advise.
Q2: How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If no stock, we will advise lead time.

A: Yes, we have new products developing ability and we are good at developing new mold.
Q4: How much is the freight charge?
A: It depends on spool package volume, if small quantity, volume and urgent goods,
we may advise FEDEX or other couriers' charge for your check.
