Product Description
TI ISO chemical process pumps conform to ISO 2858 and ISO 5199 design standards and aim to solve the most demanding fluid applications. The wet end material can be cast steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, and special materials upon request.
It is primarily used in boiler feed, acid transfer, pulp and paper, food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, mining, wastewater treatment, seawater, and other special chemical media applications.

Product Advantage
Impeller Design
Each pump is available with a semi-open impeller or a reverse vane impeller, which are fully interchangeable. The semi-open impeller is the preferred choice for fibrous and high-viscosity applications. In contrast, the reverse vane impeller has an external micrometer impeller adjustment, ideally suited for hazardous processes.
Advanced Seal Design
TI is available with single, double, or cartridge mechanical seals to suit application requirements.
External micron-level impeller adjustment device
The innovative external micron-level impeller adjustment device is easy to use to reduce maintenance time and cost.The device is superior to top wire adjustment by accurately setting the reverse blade impeller clearance in 20 seconds, both in the workshop and in the field.
