ZQ-B1500-3 full-automatic pet stretch blow molding machine is the most stable two-step automatic stretch blow moulding machine. It has three cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is 2.0L. It is special for hot filling bottles, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.
High pressure clamping system, with horizontal pressure and vertical locking system, will make sure of strong clamping force to prevent mould opening during heating process
Reduce inpulse force the bottom mould with control of right stretching position

Blow Moulding Technique
A). Preforms are heated by moving along the preheater and self-rotating. Temperature can be adjusted till it is suitable to blow.
B). Preform is tretched vertically and then horizontally, In the hot cavity. Bottle will be shaped by twice blowing treatment to make PET stay at the crystallzing temperature

Features
